Tech. Sgt. Will Fleser operates the crane lift for the seat as Senior Airman Brad Womble and Kyle Smith move the seat into position on the ejection rails. The installation of an ejection seat takes about two hours, and surprisingly the ejection seat is secured by only one bolt into the aircraft. On the F-15 C-Model there are 42 egress explosive items throughout the cockpit. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Tech Sgt. John Hughel, 142nd Fighter Wing Public Affairs/Released)
