Oman Lt. Col. Saif Said Al Hajri looks over the shoulder of two students at the Center for Naval Engineering Learning Site at the Training Support Center (TSC). Al-Hajri is part of the Corps of Foreign Naval Attaches (CFNA) that visited Recruit Training Command (RTC) and TSC Sept. 24-25. CFNA is comprised of officers from foreign countries, representing their governments at their countries' embassies in Washington D.C., who travel around the country biennially to familiarize themselves with different U.S. military commands and missions.
