The Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Vella Gulf (CG 72) pulls alongside Military Sealift Command?s fleet replenishment oiler USNS Leroy Grumman (T-AO 195) for a replenishment-at-sea while underway in the Mediterranean Sea.
