Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 remove containers from the Seabee camp in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Seabees deployed with NMCB 11 are currently retrograding the camp prior to turning the it over to the Army. These Seabees will redeploy to Camp Mitchell, in Rota, Spain, reestablishing the Main body deployment Site. Seabees have been on Camp Arifjan since after 9/11, and are returning to Spain due to the drawdown in Iraq. NMCB 11 is currently on deployment throughout Europe, Southwest Asia, SOUTHCOM and Africa in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
