Adult salmon have already been spotted in Crystal Springs Creek in Portland, Ore. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District partnered with the city of Portland to restore a portion of the creek, which runs through Westmoreland Park in southeast Portland. Restoring ecosystems and improving watershed health are important Corps missions.
