Dakota C. Gillikin, a civilian contractor with Jarrett Bay Boatworks ship yard, sandblasts a Landing Craft Mechanized-8 in Beaufort, N.C., during scheduled maintenance Oct. 28, 2014. Sailors and civilian contractors worked together to maintain the LCM-8 giving it a fresh paint job and maintenance on its engines and electrical systems.
