Major Gen. Mark A. Brilakis, Commanding General, Marine Corps Recruiting Command, addresses guests at The American Veterans Center’s 17th Annual Conference & Honors at the U.S. Navy Memorial, Naval Heritage Center, here, today. Many of the conference guests currently study at the United States service academies or participate in the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps. General Brilakis spoke about historical examples of sacrificial service and challenged future officers with a call to be servant leaders throughout their careers.
