Sgt. Nicholas Masterjohn, a flight medic assigned to F Company (MEDEVAC), 5th Battalion (General Support), 159th Aviation Regiment, a U.S. Army Reserve unit from Clearwater, Fla., prepares to lower himself on the hoist to save a simulated victim off of the Rugova Gorge Mountains of Kosovo near Prizren, Nov. 6. Staff Sgt. Michal Morawski, the aircraft crew chief, controls the hoist as Masterjohn lowers himself. This is the first mountain rescue training the MEDEVAC team has conducted as a part of Kosovo Force 19.
