Sgt. Tarissa Vincent, a flight medic assigned to F Company (MEDEVAC), 5th Battalion (General Support), 159th Aviation Regiment, a U.S. Army Reserve unit from Clearwater, Fla., is lowered toward a simulated victim during mountain rescue training in the Rugova Gorge Mountains of Kosovo near Prizren, Nov. 11. This is the first mountain rescue training the MEDEVAC team has conducted as a part of Kosovo Force 19.
