Sgt. Tarissa Vincent, a flight medic assigned to F Company (MEDEVAC), 5th Battalion (General Support), 159th Aviation Regiment, a U.S. Army Reserve unit from Clearwater, Fla., is hoisted with her simulated victim, Spc. Matthew Winningham, during mountain rescue training in Rugova Gorge Mountains of Kosovo, near Prizren Nov. 11. This is the first mountain rescue training the MEDEVAC team has conducted as a part of Kosovo Force 19.
