Lt. Col. Devin O. Licklider, center, asks questions about range training opportunities to Kim Pyong Yol, left, and Joseph Haggins Nov. 25 during the III Marine Expeditionary Force Exercise and Training Convention at Camp Hansen. Kim and Haggins attended the convention to explain range and training opportunities for Marines deploying to the Republic of Korea. The convention established an initial relationship between officers and staff noncommissioned officers within III MEF and major subordinate commands to develop future training opportunities.
Licklider, from Kutztown, Pennsylvania, is the future operations officer for 4th Marines Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
