The Military Sealift Command joint high-speed vessel USNS Choctaw County (JHSV 2) articulates her ramp as she completes mooring pier side Cheatham Annex. Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group's (NAVELSG) only active duty cargo handling battalion NCHB 1 and Navy Expeditionary Medical Support Command (NEMSCOM) are working together on a proof of concept to conduct a loading exercise (LOADEX) to deploy and set up a humanitarian assistance disaster relief (HADR) MED PACKUP KIT onboard JHSV.
