Lt. Col. Christopher Rizzo, I Corps Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion commander, assists a trainee in the production of rice cakes at the Smile Studio near Camp Asaka, Japan Nov. 5. Rizzo was one of several U.S. and Japanese service members who visited the facility which provides job training to the mentally handicapped. Community outreach events such as this one are a tradition in the days leading up to a Yama Sakura training exercise.
