John Toolan (right), commander of U.S. Marine Corps, Pacific, during the general’s visit Jan. 7. The general made an official visit to the Center as part of his tour of U.S. Pacific Command direct reporting units. The CFE-DMHA headquarters is located on Ford Island, Pearl Harbor and was used as a casualty evacuation center during the attack on Pearl Harbor.
