Jeff Tolbert, commander of Charlie Company, from 1st Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division, informs soldiers how the Opposing Force (OPFOR) operations will run on Fort A.P. Hill, Va., Jan. 15, 2015. Tolbert and soldiers under his command work alongside members of the 78th Training Division to enhance the authenticity of enemy behavior based on current intelligence to provide realism for units conducting training. Charlie Company is supporting training efforts by Army Reserve units during the 78th Training Division's WAREX 78-15-01 "Arctic Lightning."
