Sgt. Bradford W. Jungers, a San Diego native and sniper with Reconnaissance and Surveillance Platoon, Battalion Landing Team 1/1, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, performs immediate action on his rifle after it jammed while firing from a UH-1Y Huey during sniper training on June 3. The 13th MEU and Boxer Amphibious Ready Group are currently on a deployment in support of regional and Maritime Security Operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
