Staff Sgt. Heidi Leon, 332nd Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron explosive ordnance disposal team leader, uses a tool to test the chemical composition of a substance here June 20. This tool allows EOD to positively identify explosives for storage and for future disposal. Leon is among the Air Force's newest technical sergeant selects. She is deployed here from Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., and is a native of Odessa, Texas. Overall, 80 Airmen deployed to the 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing were selected for promotion to E-6.
