Ewin Pecson, a chemical operations specialist with the 379th Chemical Company out of Chicago begin preparation for the Exercise Red Dragon exercise at Fort McCoy, Wis., site Alpha Alpha, June 14. Red Dragon is a two-week operation by Army Reserve units to practice assisting civilian authorities in case of a biological, chemical, radiological or nuclear incident.
