Fireworks explode all around the Memorial on Utah Beach that honors the sacrifices made by thousands of men on the morning of June 6, 1944. The fireworks were part of a series that started in Ste. Mere Eglise, France, and ended on Omaha Beach in Colville So Mere, France. The fireworks were also part of a week-long celebration of the Normandy 65th Anniversary.
