PORTSMOUTH, Va. (March 19, 2015) - An A/F 32A-35 aircraft carrier crash crane (CVCC), otherwise known as “Tilly,” is crane-lifted onto the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). Dwight D. Eisenhower is currently undergoing a scheduled docking planned incremental availability (DPIA) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
