First Lt. Katrina Andrews, a Soldier with the 615th Military Police Company, listens intently to a tour guide in the Warsaw Uprising Museum on March 26. The 615th is providing escort for the 2nd Cavalry Regiment on their Dragoon Ride, a 1,000-plus mile trip, the longest such movement conducted since World War II. The 2CR had been training with the Estonian army for three months as a part of Operation Atlantic Resolve. The members of the convoy got to enjoy a cultural excursion to the Warsaw Uprising Museum and the old town area of Warsaw. Operation Atlantic Resolve is a demonstration of continued U.S. commitment to the collective security of NATO and to enduring peace and stability in the Baltic Region. Enhanced land force multinational training and security cooperation activities take place across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania to ensure multinational interoperability and strengthen relationships among allied militaries.
