An M1A2 Abrams main battle tank is prepared to load onto a Lockheed C-5 Galaxy March 12 at Salina Regional Airport in Salina, Kan. The tank was flown to the National Training Center in California as part of an emergency deployment readiness exercise in conjunction with the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team’s training rotation there.
