Oddy is a South Glens Falls, N.Y., native. Gandy is native of Pittsburgh, Pa. Both Soldiers are members of Echo Company, 1st Battalion, 32nd Infantry Regiment, 10th Mountain Division, based at Fort Drum, N.Y.
