150408-N-VA590-082 DA NANG, Vietnam (April 8, 2015) An officer from the Vietnam People’s Navy welcomes U.S. Navy sailors from littoral combat ship USS Fort Worth (LCS 3) and guided-missile destroyer USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62) to a sports day and barbeque as part of Naval Engagement Activity (NEA) Vietnam 2015. In its sixth year, NEA Vietnam is designed to foster mutual understanding, build confidence in the maritime domain and strengthen relationships between the U.S. Navy, Vietnam People’s Navy and the local community.
