Pfc. Michelle Canas of the 110th Combat Supply Sustainment Battalion, Georgia Army National Guard, receives instruction on how to calibrate her Defense Advance GPS Receiver in Tifton, Ga., as part of the train the trainer course. The DAGR training is part of the work up the 110th is conducting for their upcoming deployment to Iraq in February 2010. Originally from Angels City, Philippines, Canas has been a citizen of the United States for five years and is eager to start her first deployment with the unit. Canas is currently a supply specialist with the 110th CSSB and resides in Thomasville, Ga., when not drilling with the unit.
