WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (December 1, 2014) – Sailors from Navy Cargo Handling Battalion ONE (NCHB 1) deliver cargo via the military millennial vehicle (MMV) in support of Navy Expeditionary Medical Support Command (NEMSCOM) proof of concept exercise aboard the Military Sealift Command joint high-speed vessel USNS Choctaw County (JHSV 2) Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group's (NAVELSG) only active duty cargo handling battalion NCHB 1 and NEMSCOM are working together on a proof of concept to conduct a loading exercise (LOADEX) to deploy and set up a humanitarian assistance disaster relief (HADR) MED PACKUP KIT onboard JHSV.
