Staff Sgt. Donnevan K. Dixon, staff non-commissioned officer in charge of Radio Platoon, Communications Company, Combat Logistics Regiment 17, 1st Marine Logistics Group, speaks to his Marines about the objectives for their week in the field in support of communication between other units. Dixon, 32, from McGregor, Texas, showed his Marines what worked and what didn't work during training the day before. After setting up the camp site, the Marines were ready to maintain and monitor the communication between units.
