Silver Star recipient and retired Army Reserve Spc. Jeremy Church (left) talks with Keith Maupin, the father of fallen Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Keith Matthew Maupin, at the dedication of the Army Reserve's first permanent display at the Pentagon, April 21, 2015. Church and Maupin were a convoy that was attacked in Iraq in 2004; Maupin was captured and his remains were identified in 2008; Church received a Silver Star for his heroic actions in driving through a four-mile kill zone to aid fellow Soldiers.
