Soldiers should get back to doing activities they were previously interested in, said Maj. Adrian Johnson, a behavior health officer with Company C, 302nd Brigade Support Battalion, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division. People going through adjustment disorders tend to isolate and shut themselves off from situations they normally would be involved in. If the Soldier feels stressed to the point where he cannot cope, then he needs to communicate with someone who he feels comfortable discussing the situation with.
