Tech. Sgt. Rafael Garcia, 379th Expeditionary Mission Support Group knowledge operations management non-commissioned officer in charge, talks via Webcam with his wife, Monica, and daughter, Carmella Fe, Aug. 18. Sgt. Garcia, a native of Chicago, recently experienced the birth of his daughter via Webcam from a deployed location in Southwest Asia. He is deployed from Ramstein Air Base, Germany in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.
