The Pavilion C medical clinic, city of Mangalia, Romania, is being renovated by over 30 members of the Oregon Air National Guard’s 142nd Fighter Wing Civil Engineer Squadron, May 9, 2015, as part of the U.S. European Command’s (EUCOM) Humanitarian Civic Assistance Program (HCA).
