Children watch Petty Officer 2nd Class Kelly Ontiveros videotape footage of the 414th Civil Affairs Battalion, Civil Affairs Team Four, currently deployed to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, unload books to be given to a local primary school in Tanga, Tanzania, Aug. 24. More than 1,000 donated books were given to local schools during the "book drop."
