U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the 228th Combat Support Hospital, perform a simulated medical evacuation (medevac) at Fort McCoy, Wis., June 10, 2015. The purpose of the medevac training was to improve Soldiers' skills during the Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX) 78-15-02. The 78th Training Division’s CSTX is a multi-component and joint endeavor which is integrated with Global Medic and QLLEX and occurring simultaneously at seven installations nationwide.
