150617-N-PD309-194 SAN JULIAN, El Salvador (June 17, 2015) Leading Seaman Joseph Pugh, a combat medic with the Royal Bahamas Defense Force, directs patients to appropriate care rooms at a medical site established at Centro Escolar Doctor Eduardo Enrique Barriento during Continuing Promise 2015. Partner nation military members are working alongside U.S. service members to support CP-15. Continuing Promise is a U.S. Southern Command-sponsored and U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th Fleet-conducted deployment to conduct civil-military operations including humanitarian-civil assistance, subject matter expert exchanges, medical, dental, veterinary and engineering support and disaster response to partner nations and to show U.S. support and commitment to Central and South America and the Caribbean.
