3 - U.S. service members of the Joint Task Force-East team congratulate the oina team from Bucharest after playing a match in Techirghiol, a village just south of Constanta, Romania, Aug 4. The day began with the Romanian and Moldovan teams demonstrating how to play oina to the visiting German and U.S. teams. The teams played in the three-day International Festival of Traditional Sports Related to Oina.
