Romanians and Germans take a brief break during a friendly game of schlagball as part of the International Festival of Traditional Sports Related to Oina in the seaside community of Techirghiol, south of Constanta, Romania, Sept. 5. U.S. troops of Joint Task Force-East participated in the event as a way to continue to build international relationships with teams from Romania, Germany and Moldova.
