United States Army Spc. Sean Toohey, a native of Leominster, Mass., helps fellow Dog Company, 1st Battalion (Airborne), 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne) Soldier, Pfc. The Soldiers of Dog Company currently fall under the 4th Infantry Division Mission Command Element while in Lithuania. The Soldiers of 4th Infantry Division Mission Command Element (MCE) are part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, an ongoing multinational partnership focused on joint training and security cooperation between the U.S. and other NATO allies. The 4th Infantry Division Mission Command Element temporarily moved its headquarters from Germany to Lithuania on July 1, 2015 to exercise its expeditionary capability and to demonstrate the U.S. unwavering commitment to our allies.
