Crew members for the U. S. Coast Guard Cutter Osage, homeported in Sewickley, Pa., set buoys along the Allegheny River, Sept. 24, in preparation for the Pittsburgh Summit. The buoys are positioned to give mariners a clear picture of where the security zone is, said Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class John Sadler.
