150513-N-UM054-010 CAMP PENDLETON, Calif.--Ensign Acacia Grube, a nurse in Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton's Maternal Infant Unit and Capt. Catherine Bayne, NHCP director of nursing services, cut a cake at the NHCP 107th Navy Nurse Corps birthday celebration May 13. NHCP currently has 220 military and civilian nurses on staff, which includes licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, and nurse practitioners. These nurses provide care to the hospital's beneficiaries in areas that include Medical Home Port (primary care), the Emergency Department, Occupational Health, the Ambulatory Procedure Unit, the Operating Room, and the Branch Health Clinics.
