Law enforcement boarding team members from the Coast Guard Cutter Rush prepare to board the fishing vessel, Dong Yu, which marked the first boarding for the North Pacific Guard with a Chinese ship rider in 2009, Sept. 28, 2009. The CGC Rush, a 378-foot high-endurance cutter homeported in Honolulu, Hawaii, is currently conducting law enforcement patrols in the North Pacific Ocean and is engaged in a Chinese ship rider program to help facilitate the operations.
