Cpt. Jeffrey Hendrix hugs his father, retired Army Lt. Col. Thomas Hendrix after he relinquished command of B Company 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment. Hendrix's father, who works for Multi-National Security Transition Command-Iraq, was honored to be able to attend the change of command ceremony. "This is an opportunity I never thought I would have, to share this day with my son," he said.
