Col. Lisa A. Lehning, outgoing deputy commander of patient services at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, and Col. Peter A. Lehning, outgoing commander of the 31st Combat Support Hospital, receive Legion of Merit awards during their retirement ceremony at Memorial Field at Fort Bliss, Texas, on July 1. Lehning was honored alongside her husband, both retiring from the Army with over 25 years of service each.
