Jim McMillen, public information officer for the Sikeston Public Safety Department meets with Lt. Suleika Stray and Master Sgt. David Long, leaders of the Operation Bootheel clinic for Sikeston, Mo. Stray and Long were the Navy officer and Army noncommissioned officer in charge of providing medical, dental and vision care to the community of Sikeston at the clinic established by the military at Sikeston Junior Highschool from July 14-23, 2015. McMillen was instrumental in providing community support in the form of public works trucks to handle flooding of the facilities on the morning of July 19, 2015, after heavy rains.
