Major Tudora Bararu, command sergeant major of the 1st Infantry Division, headquartered at Bucharest, Romania, break a piece of Colac before a meet-and-greet dinner at Casa Rustica, a traditional Romanian restaurant at Mihail Kogalniceanu village, Romania, Oct. 7. Colac is a traditional bread that Romanians offer to visitors and special guests. U.S. Army and Romanian senior non-commissioned officers got to know one another over dinner before the next day's NCO Day, which was hosted by Joint Task Force-East.
