Seaman Juan Garcia and Seaman Boatswain's Mate Alex Vega, from the Coast Guard Cutter George Cobb, dismantle the light and cage from atop a buoy, Oct.7. The George Cobb picked up the green 7 buoy while enroute from their homeport in San Pedro to San Francisco for participation in Fleet Week 2009.
