Maj. Gen. Michael B. Compton, Air National Guard assistant to the commander, Pacific Air Forces and head of the U.S. delegation talks with another delegate at the opening ceremony of the ASEAN Regional Forum’s Bio-Preparedness and Disaster Response Table-Top Exercise Workshop at the Intercontinental Hotel. Members from U.S. Pacific Command, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, National Defense University and Lawrence Livermore National laboratory comprise the U.S. delegation, which is co-chairing the event with the Philippines.
