A female member of Marine Corps Recruiting Station Richmond’s delayed entry program gets some motivation during the run portion of the initial strength test from Sgt Maj David Eldridge, Recruiting Station Richmond’s sergeant major, and Cpl. Kansas Ledezma, Recruiting Station Richmond’s administration clerk, and a native of Buckhannon, West Virginia, during the Station’s annual female pool function. The event gave the female poolees and opportunity to learn what they can expect aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, as they undergo the longest and most difficult boot camp to earn the coveted title of United States Marine.
