150815-N-HG348-008 RALEIGH, N.C. The Raleigh Battalion of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps (USNSCC) held a graduation and awards ceremony on 15 August at Navy Operational Support Center Raleigh. Here, Sea Cadets listened intently to the graduation and awards program. USNSCC is for you people ages 11 through 13 who want to learn about the military and are ambitious, self-disciplined, physically motivated and have strong academic performance. The program which works to introduce youth to naval life, to develop in them a sense of pride, patriotism, courage, and self-reliance, and to maintain an environment free of drugs and gangs.
