U. S. Army Capt. James Watters, the chaplain for 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 252nd Armor Regiment, and Spc. Phillip Shaw, from the 30th Armored Brigade Combat Team headquarters, use pocket masks to practice rescue breathing during a CPR class given by the 345th Combat Support Hospital, out of Jacksonville, Fla., Aug. 27, 2015, at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Watters and Shaw are both North Carolina National Guard Soldiers currently deployed to Kosovo as part of Multinational Battle Group-East. MNBG-E forces, in support of NATO’s peace support mission in Kosovo, can attend medical training and development opportunities such as CPR, combat lifesaving and medevac operations in order to grow personally and professionally throughout their deployment.
