A Georgian army engineer spackles the walls of the gymnasium during the renovation of Public School No. 4 in Gori, Georgia, Aug. 29, 2015. The gymnasium, hallways and bathrooms of the school were renovated by a team of U.S. Air Force engineers, 10 Georgian army engineers, and a three-man U.S. Army Europe Civil Affairs team. The engineer is known as a master of all trades in the construction field; he can be a painter, plumber, electrician, basically an all-around handy man. Humanitarian and Civic Assistance projects enhance operational readiness of military personnel while providing mutual support to the host nation's population. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt.
